Satisfaction Guaranteed
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Shipping charges shall be borne by you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Refund
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Card holder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Card holder’s issuing bank.
